It’s been great to see how much interaction and engagement we’ve received on Reddit with this question - So let’s continue the conversation here. What’s one testosterone myth that you would like to bust?
That Erectile Dysfunction and low TRT are the same thing. I think this ignorance is confusing patients, and the generalist doctors and psychologists advising them. You can have ED with high testosterone. You can cure the ED but still not have the desire or drive for sex because of the low TRT.
Raising awareness that each man has his own unique optimum levels of Testosterone to achieve his optimum libido.
Too many men are being turned away from TRT support by their GP’s when they’re told that their levels are ‘low but in line’ with other men and can go for years believing that it’s a psychological problem.
